Remote Assistance
Many computer problems can be diagnosed and resolved without our technician sitting in front of your problem computer. Providing your computer has a working Internet service, it's possible to make a remote connection just as if he was sitting in your seat and seeing what you see.
You will be able to see exactly what the technician is accessing on your computer and will be able to stop the connection at any time. Our fully qualified technician is never able to access your computer without your permission.
For security reasons, the remote connection has to be initiated from the problem machine – the technician cannot connect without being invited. Contact will be made by e-mail or telephone to arrange a mutually convenient appointment. Details of how to start the connection will then be given.
